LOBOT: Various fixes to filters, added a new Army Cap hat

- Fixed and renamed several filters in Filters.xml and the related LogicalBodyType .xml files
- Leather jackets now display longsleeved graphics

Items:
- Added a new Army Cap hat, uses the existing ballcap LOBOT graphics
