Fix: KCB Knife and Rambo Knife had the wrong item size of 28. I corrected this to 24 like the other large knifes.

I also removed the option to carry size 28 items from the knife pocket index 2. Size 28 is for large items like a discarded LAW or golf clubs and they look stupid in a knife sheet...
