Asdow 1ed08c024b Prevent 1.13 extra items appearing in UB 
VFS uses the files from Data-1.13 since Data-UB did not have alternative files, the extra items meant for 1.13 sectors would show up in UB campaigns as well.

Wanne 6f2e08ad99 UB 1.13 Fixes (by Jazz) 
- The problem was fixed with the mark of underground sectors on the strategic map (J14-1,K14-1,L15-2,L15-3).
- Fixed the problem with moving from the sector K14-1 to K15-1.
- Added a few new parameters to the file UB_Options.ini
