MaddMugsy 19fde6a2ae -xml files updated to work with xml editor 
-fixed some IncompatibleAttachments.xml entries that didn't have corresponding reverse entries (fixed by editor)

MaddMugsy cfa69a5af5 -restored thermobaric grenades 
-napalm grenades moved to items 989-993 if you want to re-enable them (coolness>0), but they use the same graphic as thermobaric grenades

MaddMugsy c8eb86e3bf -converted RPG-27 and 27 into single shot rocket launchers. Rebalanced other RLs accordingly.
