Flugente 61b8c1be3c New feature: sector fortification allows to construct structures in sectors in a much easier way than by using amerc to build 'by hand'. Fortification nodes are in a subfolder in Profiles and can easily be altered and exchanged, even in an ongoing game.

Flugente 70eb5bfdb0 Sandbags no longer need to be filled, item #1541 has been removed. 
Empty sandbags (#1540) are now a 'stack' of bags that can be used to create 100 sandbag structures and it can be merged.

Flugente 2b8f21b167 removed wirecutter concertina deconstruction, as it can be confused with the regular wirecutting (both work on the same tileset)

Flugente 4a39df6b47 Feature improvement: 
- via StructureConstruct.xml and StructureDeconstruct.xml, one can now define which structures can be removed and created via items and the fortifications feature.
- added building materials to create wooden debris and walls
