MaddMugsy 495001289d -added STRATEGIC_EVENT_SEND_TROOPS_TO_DRASSEN to ini file, changed some settings to match the original JA2 settings (since this ini is in the Data folder)

lalien 259c9d7103 - changed file names for 9x39 weapons (removed dual blank)
