Added German names for all 10mm x 25, 8 bullets magazines; added translation for Colt Delta Elite, some SCAR models, some Laser aiming devices, Grenade Panel. Tested with 742_de executable. Made with XML spy, thus the Umlauts are all changed to other code tables :-( but they are still displaying the right characters :-)
