Added empty CREDITS_MOD.EDT. This file can be altered for mod makers in their own data folder\BinaryData to display the mod credits.

Interface

The medium pics of the Beretta Storm and the AI AWM showed some non-transparent background in-game (though not in the XML-Editor), I fixed this.
