added 5 deactivated LBE-thingies for the inventory guys (pics by Marlboro Man)
replaced Makarov PM pic (Tbird again)
corrected NVG and Sungoggles boni and penalties (somehow they had become multiples of 8 instead multiples of 10)

- fix: RUNTIME-ERROR after starting the game. The problem occured in ArmyComposition.xml in the comment block. "--" is not allowed in the comment block. Strange, don't ask me why ;-)
