added a few attachment data for some NewInv-only items (should not hurt standard JA2, stand-ins are in place [items 1197, 1198, and 1199; should not be deleted])

- fix: RUNTIME-ERROR after starting the game. The problem occured in ArmyComposition.xml in the comment block. "--" is not allowed in the comment block. Strange, don't ask me why ;-)
