-ammo weights affected by # bullets remaining
-added urban, desert and snow camo -- note that snow camo doesn't currently do anything.  There's no way to determine if a soldier is standing on snow!  The effect is there, but the implementation will have to come later...
-added localization code for German and Russian ammo strings and item names and descriptions
