Hotkey Updates (by Buggler)

- Duplicate all applicable arrow hotkeys to WASD hotkeys in Laptop mode (w -> UP, a -> LEFT, s -> DOWN, d -> RIGHT)
- Remapped squad 14 to 'Ctrl + 4' in tactical screen
