added three new SMGs (MAT-49, SIG MP41, Spectre M4), also to Tony's inventory

changed description of FN BDA
changed SMGs usable in one hand to machinepistol class, so they appear in that section in BR's now. Additionally, these are guns that will fit into the New Inventory 'MP-Holster'.
added six new thigh-packs and a single vest, but they are deactivated and still have stand-in graphics.
