Subject: [PATCH] added SR-2 Veresk, but only with Gyurza mag available at the
 moment, 30rnd mag will come later. (pic by Coolberg) changed several Burst
 Penalties (lowered them, where they were the same as Autofire Penalties)
 changed attachment data on several guns (thanks to Hairysteed) changed
 definition of vehicle slots a little bit
