- added Doc's voicepack (provided by steggieav), with slight edits

Wanne 0259412dac - BUGZILLA #606: Fixed wrong spelling of "Ceramic Armor Insert.wav" sound 
o Because of wrong spelling, this sound was never loaded and reported in the "game_log.log" file

Wanne fccb585aba Changed: I noticed from Data\sound.log, that the filename "DOORCR_B.wav" in TableData\Sounds\Sounds.xml is used, but does not exist in the JA2 folder. So I replaced "DOORCR_B.wav" with the existing filename "DOORCR.wav".

MaddMugsy c5bcb17ea8 -xml files updated to work with xml editor 
-fixed some IncompatibleAttachments.xml entries that didn't have corresponding reverse entries (fixed by editor)
