- Fixed wrong mouth and eyes coordinates for Tex and Biggins in all the different Prof*.dat files
...
o Without the fix this leads to wrong face coordinates and then to blitter crashes when playing with READ_PROFILE_DATA_FROM_XML = FALSE

Added empty CREDITS_MOD.EDT. This file can be altered for mod makers in their own data folder\BinaryData to display the mod credits.
