MaddMugsy 454a0575d8 - added SmokeEffects.h and LightEffects.h to TileEngine.vcproj
- increased the INT8 & UINT8 bAge/ubDuration variables in SmokeEffects.cpp and LightEffects.cpp to a good old "int".
