Wanne d33471ad4a - Moved xml files to the correct TableData subfolders

o *.Items.xml -> Items\Items.xml
o *.AmmoStrings.xml -> Items\*.AmmoStrings.xml
o *.Pockets.xml -> Inventory\*.Pockets.xml

- Deleted old unused xml files

vfs_config.JA2Vanilla.ini

Added language specific "vfs_config.*.ini" files. This is used because of different language SLFs (e.g: German.slf, Russian.slf, ...)
