requires clang/lld or mingw, obviously

just make sure the MSVC_DIRECTORY env variable points to valid Visual Studio Build Tools directory
and do: `cmake -S . -B build -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=clang_or_mingw_toolchain_file`
