-fixed lock buster damage rolling over
-doubled chance for lockbuster ammo to hit locks
-re-added equipment bonus application code removed earlier.  Turned out the new code isn't called in the strategic map.
- bug fix: invisible enemies
- bug fix: manual reload for two weapons
- bug fix: barrel extender falls off while none is attached
