-fixed some IncompatibleAttachments.xml entries that didn't have corresponding reverse entries (fixed by editor)

MaddMugsy d48fd12dba -Fix for integrated bipods: changed Bipod tag in items.xml to an integer. It is now the to-hit bonus for the bipod. (exe to follow) 
-added MAB PA-15
-FAMAS G2 now has integrated bipod and 3-rd burst (no more bipod or trigger group attachments)

MaddMugsy f32e389624 -increased damage of SL9SD to 31 (same as SL8), since it sucked royally at 28 
-removed M98 as a valid enemy gun choice and from BR's since not very many of them were ever made -- it's still available through Tony however
