Starwalker f2c41a05f3 changed Colt Delta Elite to small slot 
changed FN EGLM to draw pics from P1ITEM
removed Foregrip attachability from Glock 19 (made no sense on that gun)
added Heavy Throwing Knife to Tony's inventory
added .45 ACP Drums to Tony's inventory
added Steyr ACR, but DEACTIVATED it, because it is not ready yet
added Steyr ACR magazine, but DEACTIVATED it, because it is not ready yet

MaddMugsy 19fde6a2ae -xml files updated to work with xml editor 
-fixed some IncompatibleAttachments.xml entries that didn't have corresponding reverse entries (fixed by editor)

MaddMugsy cfa69a5af5 -restored thermobaric grenades 
-napalm grenades moved to items 989-993 if you want to re-enable them (coolness>0), but they use the same graphic as thermobaric grenades
