- Reworked Data\TableData folder so it reflects the classic/ub items and weapons (uiIndex <= 335)
...
- Corrected xml files and added needed STIs to get the xml editor working with the "Data" folder

- bugfix: Average column in laptop->profiles was not correct calculated
- feature: Moved Auto save to option screen
- feature: German.Items.xml can now use "Umlaute". It is now correct displayed in the game
- added sector variation (see "TableData\Map\AltSectors.xml")

- bugfix: Wrong ammo & magazines when when "CUSTOM_DATA_LOCATION = Data" was selected in the ja2.ini. Mod now works correct with this setting.
...
- added German.Items.xml and German.AmmoStrings.xml to the "Data\TableData" folder.
