Wanne 6fbda34a9d Externalized some hardcoded grid numbers to "Mod_options.ini" (by DepressivesBrot) 
- There is a new "Mod_options.ini" file located in the "Data" MOD folder
- Only modders should make changes to the file.

- Removed the "USE_XML_TILESETS" from ja2.ini and ALWAYS set it to enabled (1) in the game, so the game always uses the ja2set.dat.xml file, because with the old way (USE_XML_TILESETS = 0) it will not work anymore.
