-fixed BR's not restocking
-fixed 90210 not working
-fixed 8 character IMP names not working
-quick fix for throwing knives degrading due to difficulty modifier when enemies die after being hit by them
- fix for HE ammo
- fix for militia reinforcements not working in cities
