Wanne d3a91d46ec Updated the Windows Fix and renamed it to Windows 7-10 Fix.zip ...

- Updated Registry File (supports now Windows and Fullscreen)
- Replaced the WINE Dlls with new ones, that should not have problems with garbled air/mobile militia view in strategic screen
