-allowed silencer on vikhr sr-3, since there was a sound for an sr-3 sd. Increased volume of sr-3.

-added changed most weapons to stop using silencer burst sound, since it doesn't work well w/autofire and silencer03.wav (index 157) sounds like crap when autofiring.
