added mssing SCAR barrel merge (WP-version)

changed Russian caliber of UDAR-Revolver
changed/corrected a lot of other Russian stuff (names, weights, descriptions)
increased coolnes of HK G11-PDW and Mauser M-03
added data for a new NewInv LBE-item
