- Updated Briefing room / Encyclopedia (by Jazz)

Browse Source 
o Both features are currently disabled, because the use huge amount of memory. There also seems to be some big memory leaks in Encyclopedia
o see builddefines.h (ENABLE_ENCYCLOPEDIA, ENABLE_BRIEFINGROOM)
