German Translation for all Items: reworked some entries, corrected some typos, renamed SVD to SWD, because Germans usually don't use the "international latin transliteration for cyrillic letters" due to their early relation to slawic settlers. Added Text for ALICE and other new items. Reworked 'another AK clone' to be more informational.
