- Reworked Data\TableData folder so it reflects the classic/ub items and weapons (uiIndex <= 335)
- Corrected xml files and added needed STIs to get the xml editor working with the "Data" folder

- Added Russian.AmmoStrings.xml and Russian.Items.xml
