Wanne c9140f46ef - Restored the <szItemDesc> from item#647 in Data-1.13\Items.xml to the previous revision, cause otherwise the game crashes after the intro! All other values <BR_ROF> were not changed back.

-added STRATEGIC_EVENT_SEND_TROOPS_TO_DRASSEN to ini file, changed some settings to match the original JA2 settings (since this ini is in the Data folder)
