Starwalker aead710f4f added SCAR-L and -H sniper variants. 
changed SCAR-L to SCAR-L CQC
added replacement barrels for SCAR rifles (CQC and SV versions only)
added Grenade Panel
raised accuracy of the following guns: SKS, SVD, SVDS, Zastava, and Skorpion

MaddMugsy 19fde6a2ae -xml files updated to work with xml editor 
-fixed some IncompatibleAttachments.xml entries that didn't have corresponding reverse entries (fixed by editor)

Starwalker 338a0b1666 added KP M/31 Suomi, VSSK Vychlop, and SPAS-12 
changed WA 2000 to .300 WinMag ammo
changed Name of Baikal MP-233 to Baikal MP-233B
added .300 WinMag, 7.92x57mm Mauser, and 12.7mm Subsonic ammo
(but there's no rifle for the Mauser ammo yet...)
