Wanne 24370ab679 - Updated MercProfiles.xml and MercStartingGear.xml (by Thor)

o Ira: Added compact binoculars to the gear
o Hurl: new paramedics skill
o A few other adjustments
o Cleaned MercStartingGear.xml file (removed tags with default values) which shrinks the xml file
