- MERCS_RANDOM_BELL_DISTRIBUTION = True for bell curve distribution; False for uniform distribution in Ja2_Options.ini
- Turn off MERCS_RANDOM_STATS
- Double MAX_MERC_DEATHS in 1.13 as current AIM + MERC roster is twice that of vanilla
