Stupid me had marked the wrong folder for commitment on revision 817, so the INSAS and Minimi pics were missing. So again:

replaced pics of INSAS and Minimi with new ones made by Tbird!
replaced SMP1ITEMS.STI with one that ChrisL repaired, because there was one armor pic too much
allowed Rifle Suppressor on Galil Sniper
uploaded new GermanItems.xml from a new translator, had to correct and add a few things, though
