o INFO: Customize your IMP more personally (hair, clothes, ...)

o Removed CUSTOM_PERSONALITY, CUSTOM_ATTITUDE, ALLOW_SOLDIER_TOOL_TIPS, IMP_STARTING_LEVEL from ja2_option.ini
