MaddMugsy 320e0e592d -removed laser sight and lam-200 from possible oicw attachments, since it already has a built-in laser sight 
-gave the oicw a 3-rd burst (instead of 2-rd) so it doesn't suck so badly
-added a burst penalty to the auto-rocket rifle (it was zero before!)

MaddMugsy 05cfe8d6ca -allowed silencer on vikhr sr-3, since there was a sound for an sr-3 sd. Increased volume of sr-3. 
-added changed most weapons to stop using silencer burst sound, since it doesn't work well w/autofire and silencer03.wav (index 157) sounds like crap when autofiring.
