* More unused stuff removal
delete:
- giant 'metaheaders' (JA2 All.h, Laptop All.h, etc), preferring to add #includes directly where needed
- unused ExceptionHandling and DbMan translation units
- unused WizShare.h, Bitmap.h, trle.h, video_private.h headers
* remove mentions from vc proj files too
* remove preprocessor conditionals for unused definitions
find . -iname '*.h' -o -iname '*.cpp' -exec unifdef.exe -m -UPRECOMPILED_HEADERS -UJA2_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS -UWIZ8_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS -UPRECOMPILEDHEADERS {} ';'
then manually fixed a couple files the tool errored out on
* yes, the comments too
as title
- fixes spread fire not working properly and shooting elsewhere than assigned
- fixes throwing items not working and instead firing from weapon
- added the fix shooting to random direction that was previously added into Turn Based Input

Cancel current AI order when giving militia order.
Check if desired stance is possible here when ordering militia to crouch/prone.
Green AI: reworked climb code (only climb up, only at the start of the turn, disable for STATIONARY).

- externalised vehicle seats (TableData\Vehicles.xml) influence position of passenger, field of view, ability to shoot and being hidden,
- seat can chosen by using ctrl+RMB on vehicle (ctrl + LMB just takes the first visible seat)
- seats can be changed or swapped while inside vehicle,
- remade JSD files for cars,
- vehicles aren't transparent anymore,
- vehicles are louder than people, depending how fast they move.

git-svn-id: https://ja2svn.mooo.com/source/ja2/trunk/GameSource/ja2_v1.13/Build@7212 3b4a5df2-a311-0410-b5c6-a8a6f20db521
- Streamlined vehicle controls - no more selecting driver and vehicle separately, switching displayed APs and other esoteric activities. To move vehicle just select its driver and you're good to go. If you click on vehicle in tactical, also its driver will be selected automatically. Besides driving car, driver can perform other actions normally.
- Vehicle's APs, health and fuel are displayed on the steering wheel - thanks to Buggler for idea. Vehicle APs are treated as a resource (so if car changes driver mid-turn, it won't go any further than it would).
- Added option Tactical Interface Settings > ADD_PASSENGER_TO_ANY_SQUAD. If you order passenger to exit vehicle by clicking on the seat belt, he'll be added to new squad, so if you ordered six passengers to exit one by one, you'd end up with six new squads. With ADD_PASSENGER_TO_ANY_SQUAD = TRUE, passenger will be added to any existing squad with empty slot if possible.
- Added option Tactical Interface Settings > PASSENGER_LEAVING_SWITCH_TO_NEW_SQUAD. If you order passenger to exit vehicle by clicking on the seat belt, by default you get switched to his new squad. With PASSENGER_LEAVING_SWITCH_TO_NEW_SQUAD = FALSE you'll switch only if exiting passenger is the selected one.
- Cosmetic fix: changed display above vehicle from "*Merc's name* (VEHICLE)" to "*Merc's name* (*Vehicle's name*)" and colour from yellow to white (since mercs in vehicle are controllable and yellow is reserved for mercs on assignments).
- Fixed passengers rotation. Again.
- Fixed vehicles getting "tired" - lowered APs due to fuel below max. They can move the same as long as they have any fuel.
- Fixed unrelated bug: clicking on any empty slot in team panel would select merc with id 0.
- Fixed unrelated bug: switching to squad with less mercs would cause team panel to still show skill tooltips for mercs from previous squad on empty slots.

- ja2_options.ini: MAX_BACKPACK_WEIGHT_TO_CLIMB, USE_GLOBAL_BACKPACK_SETTINGS
- First setting is sBackpackWeightToClimb which is the maximum weight a backpack can weigh and still allow you to climb with. The sBackpackWeightModifier in items.xml can modify that number by either making it harder (positive number modifier) or easier (negative number modifier). If the sBackpackWeightToClimb is -1 (default) then the option is unused.
Second setting is fUseGlobalBackpackSettings which if true (default) uses the same rules for all backpacks, while if false it checks for the fAllowClimbing tag in items.xml, and if that is true you can climb with said backpack.
Both options can be used at the same time, so you may climb with (for example) a malice backpack that weighs less than 5kg (or 50 hg) but not climb with a radio set.

2. USE_XML_TILESETS moved from JA2.ini to JA2Options.ini
3. New Feature - Ctrl+Click on an item with an item in hand to auto-attach/merge them. Attach works with stacks. Merge only works on single items, for now at least.
4. New Feature - To accompany Quiet Training, there are now Quiet Repairing and Quiet Doctoring options.
5. Bugfix - inseparable attachments of attachments were getting lost again when using ctrl+f/the map screen button to remove attachments
6. Bugfix - INT8 overflow error causing vehicle repair to actually lower its status
7. GasMask tag in items.xml can now be applied to helmets as well as face items.
8. Bugfix - AI code was referencing hard coded GASMASK item number instead of looking for the tag
9. Bugfix - "break;" was removed in Explosion Control.cpp, thereby causing mustard gas to deal out fire damage. (Not sure if this was deliberate? But the new implementation differs from the JA2 standard, so it should be added to JA2Options.ini at least)

** Merged Source Code from Development trunk, for the Spring 2011 Release **
****************************************************************************
o Development Trunk (Revision: 4444): https://81.169.133.124/source/ja2/branches/Wanne/JA2%201.13%20MP
o This trunk (the official 1.13 source trunk) will only be used for fixing bugs. No new features will be added here.
New Features are only included in the Development trunk
o !!! After we have fixed a bug here in this trunk, we should MANUALLY merge the bugfix in the development trunk !!!
git-svn-id: https://ja2svn.mooo.com/source/ja2/trunk/GameSource/ja2_v1.13/Build@4446 3b4a5df2-a311-0410-b5c6-a8a6f20db521
Added missing #includes
Added LUA scripting and console
Changed the way tracers are visualized, so they work more like real tracers instead of a light fountain
Fixed signedness of many grid variables used in GetMouseMapPos calls
Fixed enemy weapon choosing: Sometimes a mortar is chosen but later rejected, but the grenade class was not reset. Caused assertion failure
Added checks so enemies don't try to chuck RPG grenades with their hands
Now possible to shoot a someone in the head if he's in water
Fixed InitSightArrays to also clear soldier interrupt duel points. This was causing an assertion failure elsewhere in the code because the interrupt list still had soldiers on it sometimes when this function was called.
Soldiers are much less willing to forfeit their turn over an attempt to use more APs than they have
Removed early setting of muzzle flash. This would allow enemies to get an interrupt before you even fired.
Fixed item dropping by AI. If AI tried to drop something while standing it would cause deadlock
Change to greatly speed up closing the sector inventory window in an unloaded sector
Added conditional compile flag to always give robot weapon ready advantage, even for 360 degree sighting
Check builddefines.h for the conditional flags. Of greatest interest might be LUA_CONSOLE. This will cause the game to bring up a command console when run. However this console is severely lacking in many areas. If anybody knows of an open-source terminal/console that could be used instead, it would be appreciated. The existing console does bad things when you try to close it, and since it counts as a separate app, it pauses the game while it has focus.
LUA scripting is very limited, basically just proof of concept. There is one global variable, the Soldiers array. An array index gives you the soldier in that slot in the currently loaded sector. The soldier has a few things that can be accessed: name (short name); fullname (long name); grid (current grid #, can be changed); walkto(grid) (function to walk to another grid); runto(grid) (function to run to another grid)
