Flugente f937364610 New background property: if <croucheddefense> is set, enemy CTH is modified if they fire on us while we are crouched against thick cover (size >= 2) in the direction of the shot.

Flugente 92a96e4f88 Improved Feature: Improved ambushes: 
- Enemy deployment radius depends on your mercs' experience.
- With high enough leadership, your team will be able to deploy before battle.
- Added new background tag <ambush_radius> that increases enemy deployment radius (thereby moving them farther away).
