Flugente a8e62cc406 - To make it easier to search for dialogue and understand what a line is supposed to mean, changed a few dialogue enums. 
- Merged IsMercOnTeam...(...) functions into one
- Fix: during hiring, AIM mercs only complained about their hated ones if these were already in the country, thus ignoring other mercs in transit

If the itemlist is huge and one uses New Inventory System, New Attachment System and a lot of MOLLE items, there is a noticable slowdown if inventory is open in tactical. I cleaned up code to ease that somewhat, but the problem will likely persist.
