Flugente 80c1b65494 - New Feature: Spotter skill (available to every merc) allows a merc to be spotter for other snipers. Spotter items have to be in hands, spending APs cancels action. 
- renamed GetObjectNCTHModifier to GetObjectModifier, as function is no longer used exclusively for NCTH

Warning: GameDir >= r1896 is required.

Fixed the sector inventory so that you can right click to look at an item's description even if you don't have an On Duty merc in the sector. You still need a merc in sector, but they can be involved in another activity where before they also had to be part of an active unit.

- Bugfix: Fixed initialization error of enemy taunts. The file was not found in the new location (TableData\EnemyTaunts\EnemyTaunts.xml), because the game looked in the old one (TableData\EnemyTaunts.xml)
