1) PLAYER_HIT_COUNT = 0
This works as ENEMY_HIT_COUNT option, but for player mercs.
Possible values: 0 - 4
2) SOLDIER_TOOLTIP_DISPLAY_SUPPRESSION_INFO = TRUE
Show additional info in tactical tooltip:
- APs lost due to suppression
- Suppression Tolerance
- Effective Shock Level ( Shock level modified by traits and backgrounds. This value is compared with current suppression tolerance to determine "cowering" effect )
- AI morale level
3) SHOW_ENEMY_WEAPON = TRUE
Show enemy weapon name above soldier - after health, name and rank.
You can see exact weapon name only on short distances, range calculation is similar to dynamic tooltips and based on soldiers actual viewing range and experience.

1) ENEMY_HIT_COUNT in ja2_options.ini accepts 2 new parameters:
3 - show damage as white asterisks
4 - show damage as red asterisks
Number of asterisks is scaled (maximum 5): >0, >10, >30, >60, >100
2) Suppression tactical tooltip now shows suppression points from last attacks.
Previously it was always = 0 because ubSuppressionPoints value is cleared after each attack.
3) It is now possible to show suppression values above soldier, just as hit count.
There are new options in ja2_options.ini
Possible values:
0 - do not show
1 - show on moving hit counter
2 - show above soldier
The values are color coded:
Suppression is light gray
Shock is yellow
AP loss is blue
Morale hit is green
SHOW_SUPPRESSION_COUNT = 0
SHOW_SHOCK_COUNT = 0
SHOW_AP_COUNT = 0
SHOW_MORALE_COUNT = 0
This option defines if values are shown as numbers or asterisks (1..5, using scale)
SHOW_SUPPRESSION_USE_ASTERISK = FALSE
This option defines if only 1 asterisk is shown or several (1..5) to represent value
SHOW_SUPPRESSION_SCALE_ASTERISK = TRUE
Show suppression above soldier during enemy attack. All other values are shown after attack, when HandleSuppressionFire function is calculated.
SHOW_SUPPRESSION_COUNT_ALT = TRUE

- tweaked the stats generation so should see less super high level marks/agi, especially on low level mercs
- randomization will now only affect AIM/MERC mercs.
- randomized gear kits are now an ini setting: MERCS_RANDOM_GEAR_KITS = TRUE/FALSE.
I made the gear randomization optional because it seems to cause trouble for people that don't use AIMNAS. SO hopefully this still lets them enjoy the random merc feature!

- fixed crash due to same enemy taunting several times in a row (e.g. after being hit by a burst)
- prevent enemy from taunting again, before his previous taunt is finished
- taunt .xmls should be kept in subdirectory TableData\EnemyTaunts\ to avoid mess in TableData\
- added <szCensoredText>, if TAUNT_CENSORED_MODE set to TRUE and <szCensoredText> defined, it will be displayed instead of <szText>
git-svn-id: https://ja2svn.mooo.com/source/ja2/trunk/GameSource/ja2_v1.13/Build@6659 3b4a5df2-a311-0410-b5c6-a8a6f20db521
- With new option IMPROVED_BOMB_PLANTING = TRUE, if you hold SHIFT key while planting new mine, then another mine with same item id will be taken automatically from your merc's inventory. If no such item found, any mine will be taken. If you plant tripwire-triggered mine, then only tripwire-triggered items will be taken. This new feature work only in realtime.
If you are making tripwire network, then this feature can be used to plant another tripwire item with network and hierarchy settings taken from previously planted tripwire. You just plant tripwire as usual, selecting it's settings from dialogue, then if you plant another one while holding SHIFT key, those settings will be used for new tripwire, instead of showing you dialogue
- I hope this small improvement will save you some time for building large and complicated defensive minefields.

- ridiculous amount of tags: attack, hit, miss, kill, head pop, blinded, type of attack, is target a zombie...
- ripostes to merc quotes,
- taunts can now make noise,
- bumped up amount of taunts to respectable 733, mostly thanks to your contributions guys,
- accidently squashed bug with incorrect noise notifications ("hears scream" instead of "hears explosion" etc.)
Ripostes
At the moment enemies can react to quotes "enemy detected", "1st enemy detected", "multiple enemies detected", "bullet flew by", "under heavy fire", as these are most likely to be used in combat. In the first three cases, riposting enemy will be chosen randomly from all enemy witnesses, latter two - last enemy to attack this merc will taunt.
Enemy's riposte will come as soon as merc quote is finished.
Noisy taunts
Taunts can be handled like other noises in game - shots, explosions, etc., meaning:
- they will be displayed only if someone from our team is close enough to hear them,
- they can be heard even if you don't see enemy (with twist of his name changed to "unknown voice". Yay.)
- volume of taunts is configurable in .ini.

- Weapons.xml tags <bRecoilX> and <bRecoilY> are now FLOAT type values. This allows to differentiate weapons by smaller steps.
- Items.xml tags <RecoilModifierX> and <RecoilModifierY> are now FLOAT types as well.
- Items.xml tag <PercentRecoilModifier> will now be displayed in UDB advanced tab.
- Item_Settings.ini has new modifiers for gun type specific <bRecoilX> and <bRecoilY>. This allows modders to quickly adjust recoil values for any gun type.
- fixed UDB description for <RecoilModifierX> and <RecoilModifierY>
- All recoil calculations now use FLOAT values for more precision.

New item property modifier for armor:
CAMO_LBE_OVER_ARMOR_MODIFIER sets the amount of camouflage from armor vests that is used when we wear LBE over them. Default is 0.2. That's basically the arms sticking out of the LBE.

Overheating:
- OVERHEATING_DISPLAY_JAMPERCENTAGE controls wether the temperature bar shows temperature/jam threshold(true) or temperature/damage threshold (false)

Gas grenades now don't cause direct damage on hit anymore. They will cause damage on start of turn or if you move inside a gas cloud. Of course gas mask still helps (except for creature gas and fire).
Every tile moved inside a gas cloud deals a percentage of the normal damage (default 10%). This is set in Item_Settings.ini (DAMAGE_HEALTH_MOVE_EXPLOSIVE_MODIFIER, DAMAGE_BREATH_MOVE_EXPLOSIVE_MODIFIER).
Tiles can now have multiple gas effects on them. Unfortunately this is not visualized (yet).
Smoke doesn't make a character immune to other gas types anymore.
The 25% chance of taking damage while moving through a gas cloud has been removed. Damage is now applied 100% of the time.
- New modifiers for explosive damage in Item_Settings.ini (DAMAGE_HEALTH_EXPLOSIVE_MODIFIER, DAMAGE_BREATH_EXPLOSIVE_MODIFIER). These could fully replace EXPLOSIVES_DAMAGE_MODIFIER in Ja2_Options.ini but I left that general modifier untouched for now.
- Some compiler warning fixes.

The new Item_Settings.ini is there to host modifiers for item properties in the different XML files. For now it is only used for the Weapon Overheating feature to adjust parameters based on gun class.
It uses the new struct gItemSettings which is populated in function void LoadItemSettings() on game start.

- Magically appeared reinforcements for enemy and militia just turn after they are called from now could be delayed and randomized.
Details:
- Practically all enemy reinforcement which can populate available slots was always appeared next turn after they are called so now we have game settings under "Strategic Gameplay Settings" for fine tunning enemy and militia reinforce entry:
MIN_DELAY_ENEMY_REINFORCEMENTS enemy reinforcement will arrive minimum this number of turns after they are called, if 0 then is disabled.
RND_DELAY_ENEMY_REINFORCEMENTS additional random delay added to minimum when reinforcements will arrive after they are called.
MIN_ENTER_ENEMY_REINFORCEMENTS minimum enemy units which will enter after above delay is over.
RND_ENTER_ENEMY_REINFORCEMENTS additional random enemy units to appear after passing delay.
MIN_DELAY_MILITIA_REINFORCEMENTS enemy reinforcement will arrive minimum this number of turns after they are called, if 0 then is disabled.
RND_DELAY_MILITIA_REINFORCEMENTS additional random delay added to minimum when reinforcements will arrive after they are called.
MIN_ENTER_MILITIA_REINFORCEMENTS minimum enemy units which will enter after above delay is over.
RND_ENTER_MILITIA_REINFORCEMENTS additional random enemy units to appear after passing delay.
- After first delay ends any other reinforcement appeared more frequently or if already arrive (but no free slot), they will pop up soon after slot is free.
- Add option NO_REMOVE_RANDOM_SECTOR_ITEMS under "Strategic Gameplay Settings" to prevent permanent random removal of your sector items.
- Add missing function DisplaySectorItemsInfo.

When swapping merc faces in tactical the game will now rebuild the mercs squad.
Changed NCTH behaviour for lasers:
When USE_NEW_CTH_CALCULATION = TRUE in Ja2_Options.ini the game now uses the item property <BestLaserRange> now for a laser specific bonus instead of <ProjectionFactor>. This bonus is a percentage reduction of the base aperture in NCTH. This functionality will only be used if one of the following new parameters in CTHConstants.ini is NOT 0.
LASER_PERFORMANCE_BONUS_HIP
LASER_PERFORMANCE_BONUS_IRON
LASER_PERFORMANCE_BONUS_SCOPE
This functionality also affects the laser property that is displayed in UDB.
Changed NCTH behaviour for Iron Sights and other 1x sights:
Iron sights and other 1x sights can now receive a bonus in NCTH to make them more useful compared to scopes. This bonus is a percentage reduction of the base aperture just like lasers can do.
There is a new parameter in CTHConstants.ini for this:
IRON_SIGHT_PERFORMANCE_BONUS
